How to book

Online store preferred. After you have booked and received the confirmation, you can enter Caravan area without additional check-in. Just write the booking reference and attach it to your window, or be prepared to show it to our staff when asked.

Terms of cancellation

In the case of cancellations at the booking, you have the right to receive compensation for the price paid as follows:
The cancellation can be made free of charge no later than 30 days before the start date of the reservation, in which case only office costs of €30/reservation will be charged. 50% of the total price of the reservation/part of the canceled reservation.
For a reservation canceled less than 14 days before arrival (entire reservation or part of the reservation), the service provider has the right to keep 100% of the total price of the reservation.
Cancellation of a group reservation always incurs at least an office fee of €30/reservation.
Cancellation of a group reservation must be made with email.
No-show: the full price of the agreed services will be charged.
Departure before the agreed time: the full price will be charged for the unused time.
The rented room or caravan space may not be rented out to a third party.
